By applying a few simple LEAN principles you will increase the insight where you (work)load increases unnecessarily. From there we will start applying the same LEAN basics to use our intellect, talents and creativity in the right areas becoming the right-balanced happy and highly appreciated person again!

You will experience that you will get better control over your activities, that your circle of influence grows with every improvement you make as will the confidence grow that it’s primarily yóu who decides about your ‘agenda of life’.

TRAINING AND COACHING APPROACH

Sessions

Six sessions, of two hours, are to be planned in agreed frequency; suggested is every two weeks.

Follow-up

Two follow-ups will be planned three and six months after completion of the last session.

Location

Trainings will take place at the customers’ location; if desired alternative location can be agreed.

Group size

Trainings can be offered individually or in small groups containing three to five persons.
