In my approach I will follow the 2-dimension-approach ‘People ánd Performance’; people need to be pretty relaxed and at the same time deliver top! However doing one dimension only will not make you achieve your goals! The most sustainable high performance you will only get if your people are “fit-for-purpose-stressed” rather than overstressed. Your people can not sprint a marathon, nor can they run at marathon-speed to make you win a sprint!
BEGINNER: YELLOW BELT TRAINING
Making a cultural change embedding the LEAN mindset in your organization can only be realized if the by green belt ‘surroundings’ are LEAN aware and if they ‘talk the same language’ using the same terminology and understanding the LEAN choices made.
In a 4 hour LEAN awareness training I will simulate working processes will trigger the thinking process and a possible change of behaviors.
INTERMEDIATE: TRAIN AND COACH LEAN GREEN BELTS
Continuously improving your organization’s performance is most sustainably done if you build your own improvement capacity based on the LEAN mindset
My approach is based on so called ‘active coaching’ meaning that I will not act as a ‘trainer only’, but I prefer actively working with the nominated Green Belt on the project to realize the required process improvement. By doing so the Green Belt will be in the lead and will learn on-the-job, but will never be on her/his own.
ADVANCED: PERFORM LEAN BLACK BELT PROJECT
Substantially improve your processes by running a LEAN Black Belt project. In my role as Black Belt I will take the lead and with a small core team assigned by yourself we will improve a process substantially in a few months building on your team’s knowledge and skills.
