With the FLOW-US service the team including (!) the manager together will start identifying their value adding areas and as a result it will start to see the non-value adding areas. Once the team improved the insight what to avoid it can start to focus on the things that dó matter.

Especially the ‘non-process related’ activities turn out to be very influenceable by teams.

TRAINING AND COACHING APPROACH

Sessions

After a start-up session of four hours, there will be five regular sessions of two hours.

Follow-up

Two follow-ups of two hours will be planned three and six months after the last session.

Location

Training takes place at customer location; alternative locations can be agreed.

Group size

Teams or peer workers will be trained in groups up to … people.
